Whelan Property Ltd was founded by James Whelan.
James has established the company due to the great love and creativity that he can express in refurbishments & new builds.
James also knows the key to being successful, is helping others where possible and this is where we are determined to make a difference.
James has a background in building and refurbishments in a variety of property sectors. This is including residential housing, commercial, retail & industrial units. This also entwines James' engineering background within the property business, having spent many years as a mechanical engineer & contracts manager in charge of multi mullion pound projects for some very notable and prestigious clients. This gives Whelan Property Ltd a key structure and methodical approach, ensuring systems are in place for all procedures, ensuring everything is working to its optimal efficiency.
